Shipping & Returns Policy

How much is shipping?

Shipping within New Zealand is $7 for non rural delivery.

Shipping within New Zealand is $12 for rural delivery.

BB Glow New Zealand do not deliver to PO boxes.

BB Glow New Zealand only ships within New Zealand and use a third party courier service.

 

When will I receive my order?
BB Glow New Zealand will dispatch your order on the next business day after your order has been received and funds cleared.

In the event that an item is out-of-stock, BB Glow New Zealand will fulfill the order and send as per usual and send the out-of-stock item as soon as it is in stock, at BB Glow New Zealand's cost.

After your products leave BB Glow New Zealand, it should take 1 - 3 business days to arrive to you (2 - 5 for South Island orders). Please email  glow@bbglow.co.nz if your order has not arrived 5 business days after dispatch.

Please notify BB Glow New Zealand within 7 days of the dispatch date if you have still not received your order.

International Shipping

BB Glow New Zealand does not ship internationally.

Return & Refunds Policy
You agree that any refunds requested after purchase are provided only at the discretion of BB Glow New Zealand.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, BB Glow New Zealand is not obliged to refund due to the following:

  • if you have simply changed your mind,

  • found a product BB Glow New Zealand sells cheaper somewhere else,

  • decided you did not like the purchase or

  • had no use for it.

BB Glow New Zealand will issue a credit note or refund only if the items are in a brand new re-sellable condition.


Any refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method selected by you at the time of your purchase. Furthermore, as part of the measures BB Glow New Zealand employ to secure your privacy, refunds will only be made to the credit card, AfterPay, account used for the original purchase, less any shipping and handling costs incurred by BB Glow New Zealand.

Refunds will not be processed to any other credit card or account.
